This Refund Policy applies to purchases of services and credits provided by bokput (brand name "복붙").

30-day refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 daysof the order date. Unused credits are eligible for a full refund. Amounts corresponding to credits already used may be excluded from the refund.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Paddle customer portal: visit paddle.net and sign in with the email used at checkout to view invoices and request a refund.
• Email: contact support@bokput.io with your order number and we will assist you together with Paddle.

Once approved, funds typically return to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on the card issuer.

Credit validity

Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
