This Refund Policy applies to purchases of services and credits provided by bokput (brand name "복붙").

30-day refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 daysof the order date. Unused credits are eligible for a full refund. Amounts corresponding to credits already used may be excluded from the refund.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. To request a refund, email support@bokput.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. We will confirm and process the refund directly.

Once approved, funds typically return to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on the card issuer.

Credit validity

Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
